I ordered my footballs on December 16th meaning based off what their website said they would arrive in time for Christmas, but instead they didn’t arrive at my house until January 6th. That was WELL past the date that they promised. THEN when they actually arrived we pumped them up and they deflated. Customer service (Phoebe is my customer service rep) has been awful and they don’t even read my full email. They keep sending me the same email over and over about shipping and tracking and how to efficiently pump up the ball after I’ve already explained to them that it won’t stay inflated and there is a LEAK at the seams of the football. Horrible experience and I do not recommend purchasing!

This company is HORRIBLE to work with. If you have any problems or want to return an item GOOD LUCK. They say you can return your item but once you try they stop contacting you. When you ask for the return they want you to watch their videos or look through their website trying to get you to change your mind. If that doesn't work they j7st stop emailing.

If you think this ball glows, it does not UNLESS you have a light shining on it at night while filming. Very lame promotion of this product- I’m so annoyed about it. Clearly, my fault for watching their videos and not reading the fine print. But I bought 4 for grandkids- no glowing and they are like NFL size, so no little kids will play with this. $30 a piece and I’m very disappointed.
