Ball is nice... it would help if you could make the exterior more "grippy" but understand that is probably where the reflective technology comes into play. Maybe make the ball a little smaller for easier gripping for kids.

The football I purchased was not as illustrated in the photos online. It made it seem that it would like up but no, you have to shine a light on it which was not what it looked like on the website. Maybe I missed the fine print or something. Also the ball seems pretty cheaply made.

We thought this ball was bright; independent of a constant light source. It is also very slippery and difficult to catch. It is not illuminated unless you are in direct light which then makes it difficult to see when catching. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

So disappointed. Neither the football, nor the net, light up as shown in pictures and videos. My boys were not impressed and do not want to keep these items.
I have reached out, via email, to “Bright,” in order to return them, but have yet to hear back from the company. They claim to have a 100% guarantee return policy, so I’m hoping they really do and we’re able to return these items without a problem.

Your message to take pictures of throwing the football or someone else take pictures of the football is both idiotic and ridiculous. You did not honor your “30 Day No Questions asked money back guarantee” and even worse than that, the ball does not work as it states it does AND it is not the NFL size it claims to be. I have many of those NFL size balls and this one is too big. I asked for a refund and they are not honoring that request and I can see are engaging in false advertising. Do not purchase!

The concept it cool but it only illuminates when a picture is taken with the flash. I thought it was a glowing ball so kids could play in the dark and not lose it.
The material makes it hard to hold and adds to the size of it so it's awkward compared to a standard reg size ball.

I had high hopes for this product. I was duped thinking this was an American made product since the name is Bright USA. Boy was I wrong. Once tracking was finally available, It was originated in China and I watched it move on a carrier ship around China before arriving at the international airport and then the tracking has just stopped updating. Was advertised as standard shipping 3-6 business days. Well, 15 days later, it’s still floating around China somewhere. I emailed support and they say it’s moving as expected. It should be called Bright China and they shouldn’t advertise as 3-6 business days.they keep emailing me asking for a review so here it is.

This ball does not glow in the dark. The only way it glows is if you take a picture of it or have a constant light on it. It has absolutely no grip so it's extremely hard to catch or throw. I feel this is a complete scam and false advertisement. It also seems more of a scam when you see comments on social media with the same picture gets posted from all different people. Huge scam!

It is advertised and made to look like the ball glows and it does not glow at all. It is grey. The only glowing it does is if you video the ball - which is pretty dumb. My son has not opened his gift yet, but I can most certainly share that this is not going to be what he's expecting...Sure to be a disappointment.

All of the pictures show a football that is all lit up. Then once you purchase you get an email 2 days later explaining that it only looks l;ike this when you take a phooto with your flash. The you get the ball in the mail after 2 weeks of shipping from chine. The ball is deflated and folded up in a small bag. Add in the emails from bright every 90 minutes and it all adds up that this EXTREMELY OVERPRICED ball is not worth the price. I wish I would have done a little more checking before purchasing but had this referred to me from someone else who evidently did not review it much.... I would buy a cheap light up ball from amazon or walmart before going through this. 3 STARS BECAUSE i DIDNT CHECK IN ON THIS PRODUCT ENEOUGH

I bought 7 footballs, and 2 basketballs for gifts. They all came deflated, with nothing to blow them up with. What am I supposed to do with them. I can't give them out deflated. Then, to make them "BRIGHT" you have to flash them with your phone camera! That is totally stupid for 9 year olds. I spent over $200 for deflated dark balls, and of course, there were no return labels. I must say, I was totally disappointed.

They asked for pictures and multiple videos which I supplied and which do show the defect, and they expect me to pay for return shipping which at the cheapest is $32. DO NOT do business with BRIGHT!

I was really nervous after placing my order with Bright. I read tons of negative reviews and even tried cancelling my order. Once I received my package, I was relieved to find that these balls were money well spent. People who write the negative reviews are under the impression that these balls are supposed to glow. Luckily, I knew when ordering that they were made with a reflective material that is made to shine only when light is on them therefore I was not disappointed at all. As you can see from the photos, the reflective quality depends on the light shone on the ball. They seem to shine best when the flash from a camera is used. It comes deflated, but is very easy to fill with air using a ball pump. The ball is rather large, designed more for teens and adults. I wish there was a smaller ball option for younger children. My 5 year old is unable to throw it with his small hands and even my 11 year old struggles. My 14 year old has an easier time with it. Overall, they love it and get excited about shining a light on the balls to surprise people with how it goes from black to iridescent. It also seems to be a well made ball that should hold up during outside play.
