Awesome football! Only thing is, I ordered it on December 9th for a Christmas present and it just now got here on January 2nd. That's probably my fault, so make sure you order it way in advance!

It took month to receive and when it finally arrived it’s damaged. All the advertising is misleading. These balls barely reflect light. They are cheaply made and extremely overpriced. Do not buy these unless you want to be extremely unimpressed.

It's been almost a month and you've managed to send about 4 emails asking for a review of products i have yet to receive! Even AFTER paying for expedited shipping!! I ordered on the 9th of December and here on new years eve my order is yet to be delivered. One of the footballs was sewn incorrectly and has major imperfections. Am I able to return that one for a replacement one? It would be greatly appreciated. The other football has some imperfections but is much better looking than the other one. They both are also very slippery, that could possibly wear off because it's new though.

I original placed an order, paid money for expedited shipping to receive before Christmas. I immediately received an email stating I would not receive my order due to them having to many orders. At that point I requested to cancel my order and they told me that they couldn’t because my order already shipped. This was all on Dec 14th. It’s now Dec 30th I still have not received my order, but I received an email from the company asking to rate the product. Horrible customer service- I would highly suggest that people do not buy from this company.

If you live in the United States do not buy from this company! I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my football. I reached out to the company via email and was told it would take 3-5 days for them to ship which I understand. I placed my order on 12/14/24 and the tracking said it shipped on 12/16/24. Until today it said that my package was processing. Now it says that it arrived in Mainland China. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my nephew and I had to buy a similar ball from another company so he would have his gift. Now I have to wait to receive a football I don’t need and then return it to get my money back. I was shown the advertisement for this company on Instagram and foolishly thought I would be ok buying from them.

I ordered two of the "light up" footballs on 9-Dec and it is now 29-Dec and I have still not received them. They claim they ship from Europe, but they actually ship from China. I have been in contact with customer service to get a refund as they were Christmas gifts and customer service (John to be specific) has been absolutely horrendous. They claim to have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy, but they offered me only a 15% refund before I have even received the product, so I don't even know if it is defective. I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE and I suggest that if you are considering ordering, go on Amazon and find an ACTUAL glow in the dark football, basketball, soccer ball, etc. These only glow on camera apparently and not when your child is trying to play with them in the dark. Such a misleading and terrible company and I am disgusted that I even wasted my time ordering from them. Please DO NOT order from this company. All of their "good" reviews are bot generated and repeat themselves over and over again just under different names. They will be out of business in 6 months treating their customers in this way. Absolutely the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. They should be ashamed of themselves.
